I can personally attest to this article.  My favorite yoga instructor  always mentions how each pose effects the different parts of your body. Finding a place of serenity has immense impacts on your outlook and after a long stressful day you cannot help but feel renewed walking put of class.  Yoga is great for all ages and challenges you to think deeper and push your body to its limits while positively impacting your health.
