A-Teens need 9hrs of sleep daily

A-Teens should not sleep for more than 1 or 2 hours more on weekends

C-Teens go to sleep way too late

C-Sometimess on the weekends teens sleep to long like after 10am

S-Go to sleep earlier

S-Check if the teen is asleep before you go to bed and wlk in a couple times in the mourning

S-Don't let them sleep to long on the weekends or stay up to late

S-Do not allow light in their rooms like tv's or computers
