P- If your not focuesed when your eating, you can overlook when your body is telling you that your full

S- Always eat breakfast

B- brekfast is like fuel to a car, you need it to get your brain functioning, its a kick start to your day

S-Breakfast should offer a combination of protein, carbohydrates and healthy fat

S- Things like milk or yougurt which are proteins should be paired with cereal because its just carbs

S- Lunch,  Choose a lean meat and cheese. Add lettuce, or better yet, a more nutritious dark leafy green such as spinach, add mustard or humous insted of mayo

S- Vegatables should be added to teens luches because teens are lacking them 

S- Go for water rather than sugar filled bevearges

S- kids should ditch the sodas, even juice has a lot of sweet calories and is not as nutritious as whole fruit.

P- teens should avoid energy drinks or beverages with caffeine that can make the heart race, caffeine can also affect sleep and consequently brain function. 

S-sports beverages, such as Gatorade, when it's warm out because they can replace the body's electrolytes that are lost when sweating.

G- Doctors generally say that physical activity should begin slowly, first with walking and then slow jogging

G-If no symtoms like dizziness or headache occur thana person can presume active sports

D-Children consussion are much more dangerous because there brains are still developing

D- The brain is more vulnerable to damage before it is fully myelinated

D- kids heads are larger relatived to their bodies and their necks are not as strong, which causes more movement upon impact, potentially causing more injury to the brain.

B-women who ate three or more servings of blueberries and strawberries per week reduced their risk of heart attack by up to one third.

S-Bright colored berries are part of a healthy diet, due to the anthocyanins that give them their bright color and act as antioxidants to fight off damage to cells

B- woment who ate the most starwberries and bluberries had a 32% reduced rate of a heart attack compared to those who only eat the berries once a month

B- Women who eat more berries tend to be healthoer over all

S-  These foods can easilsy be put into someones diet
