Based in America, this book charts the rise of the CSA there and provdes so much information. I love the wide variety of case studies in this book, that just show you how much potential CSAs have. Very good practical help aswell- as copies of leaflets and CSA structures are included for real life example farms.

A brilliant introduction and packed full of useful information- from CSA definitions, legal structures and land. A must for starting up or growing CSAs.
