My thoughts: Muscle confusion is important for staying on top of your muscle building, what a great idea going out and doing an activitie like paintball to gain the muscle confusion. Im working on a scoopit to collect a lot of different muscle facts and working out strategies page and this will go well with that page. I like the diverrsity and the fun way fitness can be incorporated into many activities.

A 10 minute workout gives you an instant boost of energy and helps me refocus. I'm often rushing and I find a 10 minute workout is enough exercise to help me not feel guilty about missing my regular routine.

 

My thoughts: I love this idea, Peoples schedules get busy and a lot of people cant spend half an hour to an hour at a fitness center. I believe a lot of people will like this because its not hard to spend 10 minutes on staying fit.

Why this is important to me: Much of the exercise I'll be doing will be building muscular strenghth and muscular endurance. Getting extra cardio in to get a well balanced exercise will benefit my health even more. This article show a way to get in cardio with out spending a bunch of time doing it.
