There are tons of “customer loyalty programs” on the market for small businesses today. I put “customer loyalty programs” in quotes because that’s what they claim to be.

 

If you look at them in from a bird’s eye view, they all have the same model:

 

“Buy this and we’ll give you some points (with no value) and when you have enough,

we’ll give you whatever we ‘think’ you need”.
