Hollande et Merkel veulent éviter les USA pour leurs réseaux de communication

L’idée de la chancelière allemande, en visite en France mercredi prochain, serait favorablement accueillie par le président français. Le principe général serait de créer un réseau de communication évitant que les messages électroniques passent par les Etats-Unis et l’Angleterre. On peut se rendre aux Etats-Unis, faire assaut d’amabilités et de sourires, visiter la Silicon Valley et rentrer en France avec des idées neuves. C’est en tout cas ce qu’il est également possible de retenir du voyage du Président de la République outre-Atlantique la semaine dernière. En effet, la chancelière Angela Merkel a réaffirmé samedi sa volonté de s’entretenir avec M. Hollande de la construction d’un réseau de communication européen qui éviterait les Etats-Unis, voire l’Angleterre selon d’autres sources. Et il semble que le Président de la République française soit désormais assez favorable au projet. Selon Reuters, l’Elysée aurait confirmé que les deux gouvernements discutaient de ce sujet et que Paris était en accord avec les propositions de Berlin...
