Trust is of big importance when determining the flow of work. When working withothers, you must always be trying to build trust. Remember to be honest, use good judgment and be consistent. Saying one thing and doing another will not help you by any means.

 

You must also be honest in nonverbal communications, meaning you must look in the eyes of others and exhibit familiarity rather than cautiousness and fear. You also need to show that you care more about the 'we' than the 'me'. Remember to act for the leaders, who should be considerate and should focus more on problems and solutions than anything else.

This article points out that no matter where you work, there will most likely be bullying in one form or another. The worst, however is when you have a boss from hell.It has a very good quote within:
>Bullying bosses are very good at playing the kiss-up, kick-down game.
The article then describes how it relates to most situations.
The unfortunate conclusion that the article came to was that bullying never actually stops. Considering how lawsuits wouldn't work in this situation, as it is a gray area of the law, the only real solution would be leaving. I think that is not healthy and that things should change.
