"David Heurtel knows the Olympic Stadium has a big PR problem." ...and I would add: a serious management problem! Millions of dollars for outdoor lights to make it look cool - but he scraps a unique deep pool used by the community of scuba divers! Plus ça change, plus c'est pareil!

I did not know that drinking carrot juice is healthier than eating carrots!

The easiest recipe ever! Carrots, only carrots. Nothing else!

This is pretty much the only veggie juice my kids don't mind. And I am glad they like it. Because drinking carrots juice is much more healthy than actually eating a carrot. When eating carrots we are able to absorb only 3% of beta-carotine. Yes, I know, I know about fiber and all that stuff.. But trust me, I get enough fiber from other foods.. :)

Not saying that eating carrots is less healthier option, but drinking pure carrots juice definitely allows getting way more nutrients. Thanks for stopping by! :)
