So intrigued by this article and what promises lie behind mindful eating. We have such a tragic relationship with food - I'd be interested to explore further how other countries view eating.

 

I checked out Blue Cliff - it's a little far from me - but maybe at some point in the future. I'll definitely be using candles tonight, though.
