This talks about one of the most important parts of the flipped classroom:  student buy in.  We need to get students to understand why they are learning this way and engage them. I love how they suggested getting student by in by having current students respond to questions asking them about the benefits of the flipped classroom.  Students are more likely to listen to students than they are to listen to teachers.

EdSurge is great because it is constantly updated and it provides an aspiring "Flipper" with a number of great tools to develop their flipped lessons.  They also provide a number of articles pertaining to the flipped classroom.  What is especially neat about this is that it includes blogs of teachers implementing the flipped classroom.
