She got in amazing shape for this role. This is what she did 5 times a week to get it:
10 min treadmill warmup (walk to jog)
2 or 3 x 20 reps dumbell rows in squat position
2/3 x 20 reps squats
2/3 x 20 reps lying dumbell tricep extensions
3 x 12 reps reverse lunges (per leg)
8 min treadmill run
3 x 18 reps bicep curls in lunge position (per leg)

Losing weight is not just about watching what you eat but also exercising consistently, good to get both in one place. I had all but given up on trying to lose weight until I read this book. It gave me the kick in the you know what to get started. It is full of common sense and practical advice and best of all you don't really have to run out and buy a lot of things just to get started. I found the author's advice on eating very enlightening. Part of my problem has always been eating too much and still feeling hungry afterwards.
