THE Dietitians Association of Australia has come out swinging against three popular diets which it says damage health and 'demonise' certain nutritional foods.

I strongly believe that going on extreme diets will not  ensure you a healthy body. Diets may help you lose weight, but not in a healthy way. Losing weight is more than eating certain foods, it is about making your body healthier and diets are not the solution.
