Aspect 3

 1. The Basic Training program for special agents consists of two stages. The criminal investigators training program is the first of two. This step teaches the trainees about the fundamentals of law enforcement. 2. The first step lasts about 12 weeks Each class consists of around 48 trainees who are half ATF agents. The class can also include trainees from other agencies as well. 3. If you are already in a agency and you transfer to another one the boot camp requirement is waived. You must graduate from this boot camp to have a successful job with the government. When entered in this boot camp it is mandatory to complete it. 4. The second part of boot camp is Special Agent Basic Training (SABT). SABT for special agents is very intense and demanding. This training covers the fundamentals of firearms, explosive and criminal investigations. 5. You will also have to indoor field operations such as physical fitness and field operations. This course is designed to meet all special agent requirements. To pass a trainee must be disciplined and skilled.

Reduce alcohol smuggling and contra-band cigarette trafficking activity, divest criminal and terrorist organizations. This illicit activity and to significantly reduce tax revenue losses to the u.s. Many acts are pased on and when that happens they put out that all should review the act. this also allows for the agency to be responsible on the inguires and regards.

compliance insepections may be 12 months prior to the deadline and meet requirement. the inspection is a process in which the inspector will follow and record. a recall inspection is to check to see if the violation had been conducted and fixed.
Patrick Boggs's comment, March 27, 2014 10:20 AM
94% reguired inspecctions were passed while the other 6% doesnt have enough room on the system to be recorded and passed SEA.
Patrick Boggs's comment, March 27, 2014 10:25 AM
atf establishes standards and other regulations by fewer violations over time. the numbers in violations have gone down and inpercent has fewer violatoins adding 7% to the 78%. this is a huge increase and many other psrts have done great bye the sea inspections

this is to give how the industry puts up new on regualtions. the regualtations all have a pdf file or a file to open. The way the atf does this is by putting lost or stolen files and anything that would need to be turned into the atf. "The regulations are listed under the 27 CFR, Parts 447, 478 and 479."
