I liked how this article discussed the issues that marketing teams face in the office. Aligning goals are always a difficult thing to coordinate between conflicting team members. Sourcing team members to align their perception is able to be done through effective incentives and team building activities. Discussing the issues and conflicts can generate both new perspectives and goals that can change and improve a campaign. It is desirable for managers to maintain constant communication in order to keep goals and expectations up to date to avoid conflicting members and perspectives. Unifying the team is always hard, but it is something crucial to being an effective marketing manager.
