Which is better the Fitbit or the Fuelband? I wore them both for two weeks to find out.

I read this article a few weeks ago and journaled about it. Personally, I am in the market for a wearable fitness-tracking device. However, with so many options to choose from I found it difficult to decide which to buy. I turned to the internet and wanted to gain insight about the features consumers liked and disliked about the various brands.

After doing some research I narrowed my choices down to two, the Nike FuelBand and the Fitbit Force. Both had the features I was looking for and were, roughly, in the same price range.

The article, "REVIEW: The Nike FuelBand Versus The Fitbit Force" by Jay Yarow compared the two brands and helped me come to a decision. Yarow wrote about his personal experience with both devices. He did conducted his own personal case study and tested the two devices out at the same time, wearing both on his wrist.

Jay Yarow found that, "if you're only looking for a reminder to do more stuff and you like the look and feel of the FuelBand, you should get it. If you're looking for a device than can do a lot more, then go with the Force."

With so many products out on the market, the internet is a valuable tool to compare such devices. I found Jay Yarow's personal case study very helpful and insightful. If I were to purchase a fitness-tracking device right now I would purchase the Fitbit Force because of his personal experience with it.
