Otago exercise classes  are available in several settings in Cardiff & Vale.
The Otago Exercise Programme was developed in New Zealand and was shown to have a great impact on the participants, with a reduced risk of falls. Recent studies have proven its effectiveness in a small group setting for older people at high risk of falling.
