This article wasn't exactly as interesting as I suspected. Its good for older people to exercise a lot anyways. Helps to keep them fit and stay healthy. I would think that mental workouts would help your brain from not shrinking because your actually using/thinking with your brain, and its mentally exhausting. Whereas when your exercising or doing some kind of physical activity your using your muscles.
