Yet another spreadsheet error - this one involving contingency expense numbers from an architect:

"When we started plugging in these numbers, we saw that some of the contingencies weren’t adjusting, and we found formula errors in portions of the contingency spreadsheet."

"We didn’t think it was that big an issue at the time. ... We should have told you about it.”
