Teacher, students and parents of Germany education reform is in

place "leaving no child behind". Germans government spending plan for education will not forget the children  no matter where they are from. Working class and immigrant children all ages, are considered for a  better future in education. Andreas Pinkwart (FDP)

education policy negotiator speaks out " all other countries have over taken the learning pool, now is the time to ensure no child will be left behind in  educational development. Do believe the government is serous". College students hope to benefit as well .Teachers over work and underpaid getting by on grants "is a poor way of educating  the countries up coming scientists, leaders and even president."Hanner Ebert studied 2 years abroad majoring in political science. Without his scholarship "Ebert said his family did not have the money to invest in his education. Getting a job forty hours a week working ten hours a day, would have hindered study time. All students value study time, it is very important to use all time wisely. Pushing  for 55% of students in each leave of education to receive scholarship, is the common goal. Ten years would be the expected time for the Germain educational reform in be in place, however the educational reform system is expecting earlier evidence " that more children are receiving  a better education at this time".

Cullingford, Cedric Cassell Education : Effective Teacher
London, GBR Continuum International Publishing 06/2012

Effective teachers are not made, people can learn how to become one. The author is correct the total responsibility for a good education is not the teachers. As a student  failing my classes isn't the fault of my instructor. Studying, coming to class, completing the assignments is what will determine the knowledge I have acquired in the classroom. "Energies and creative abilities from students and teacher create a wholesome learning environment. Do not try pointing the failing finger at no individual. Parents teachers and students will find this article helpful, in breaking down the chores of the learning process.

Education in Haiti - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Education in Haiti

Education levels in Haiti are low. Haiti's literacy rate of about 53% (55% for males and 51% for females) is below the 90% average literacy rate for Latin American and Caribbean countries.

Education is the responsibility of the Ministry. Little founds have been provided to support public education. The private sector has become a  substitute for governmental public education as opposed to being an addition. Being limited in the ability to improve the quality of education has been long and difficult. Bernard Reform of 1978 " was an attempt to modernized and make educational system more effective. Little growth is shown in the improvement of the education quality. Lengthy days in the implication of the new curriculum, inadequate resources and infrastructure supporting the proposed changes. Another downfall, parents chose to see their children attend universities because  technical schools were viewed as low- prestige institutions. Age 3-5 year-old children represent 23% of the around 705,000. Gourdes1628 equivalent to $41.00 in 2004, 4675 equivalent to $117.00 a 187% increase in 3 years. According to research by  the Haitian institute of statistics and information technology (IHSI) school enrollment has gone from 40.1% in 1900 to 86.7% in 2002 representing 2.1 million children. Majority of private schools do not receive any government subsidizes. Poor families do not have scholarship program to ease the education burdens, that the government can help with.

Baker, B Does Money Matter In educatio In-text: (Baker, 2014 Bibliography: Baker, B. 2014. Does Money Matter In education. [image online] Available at: http://www.shankerinstitute.org/images/does...

Elita Cookn Brannon's insight:

Investing in schools is a good idea. The money being spent in material, the teachers’ pay even fresh paint on hallway walls does matter. Educational facilities and districts with more money clearly have greater ability to provide higher-quality, broader, and deeper learning opportunities to the children they serve. Parents impressed by high test scores, smaller student teacher ratio, along with the best learning environment money can buy. School finance form is the answer to the problem.  Without money, or deep cuts to existing funding, schools are unable to do many of the things that maintain any/ all quality educational opportunities. Lack of funding can result in, up dated technology not being purchased, no much needed after school tutoring programs.

Teach for America is a deeply divisive program. It also works. | Ethics of a Good lawyer | Scoop.it
In a new randomized experiment, Teach for America teachers outmatched comparison teachers. What should we make of that fact?
Elita Cookn Brannon's insight:

·         DYLAN MATTHEWS”Teach for America is a deeply divisive program. It also works.” Wonkblog September 10, 2013 at 12:38 pm

The education debate will never be over. Math lessons tough to students with scored high were from the younger more rigorous tested teacher.  Teachers older studying and passing  the required test are just as effect in the classroom. Teachers of America (TFA) are volunteer teachers making a positive impact in math classes of "high poverty schools. I agree parents faculty and students would love teachers such as these in all classrooms and schools. Yes, its good to encourage parents in less fortunate living environments their child's education is just as important, or is that the message sent? Reading this blog if I wanted my hair done who would I go to? The teenager doing hair in her mom kitchen, the graduate that was just hired six months ago, in the new upscale beauty shop. Tammy has a flyer with $5 off at miss. Goodcomb that has own the hair and nail bar on the corner., for ten years. "Heilig said it, but it's not true anymore. TFA teachers beat not only the alternative entry teachers but certified teachers too. What's more, they beat both novice and experienced teachers."

Cullingford, Cedric  Cassell Education : Effective Teacher

London, GBR Publisher: Continuum International Publishing  06/2010

Teacher effectiveness in the classroom is an heated debate. Where to start or whom is to blame. Teachers point the finger at the reading level of students saying "reading is the basic guideline for all learning. Students and parents try to shed light on the effectiveness teachers have had to teach children. The better the teacher can teach the lessons, a better children education children will receive. Reading this E-book I agree "reading is an art that needs to be developed and practiced." Creating a greater passion to learn, because of good reading. My spelling is not good, reading isn't easy, therefor comprehending many of my school work is challenging.
