VIDEO - Virtual coaching is becoming big business, exponentially expanding personal trainers' client base and promising anyone who signs up fitness on their own schedule...
Christopher Kooima's insight:

The article states that personal training is also done over the phone. I found both methods odd. How would the trainer be able to ensure exercises are done properly? Would this pose a higher risk of injury? Can you truly monitor someone online or over the phone? How will you know if they are getting everything out of the workout (especially over the phone)? Personal Trainer Says She is Bullied for Working Out While Pregnant

Personal Trainer Says She is Bullied for Working Out While Pregnant | Ethics of a Personal Trainer: Kooima, C | Scoop.it
A woman in Southern California says she is subjected to verbal abuse for working out while she is pregnant.
