Instead of traditional jumps made of hedges or rails, the people who created the Olympic cross-country course used a variety of really fun and whimsical obstacles, including Saturn, a boat, and a mini house with fully functioning doors and windows. See photos of the most unusual jumps.

 

Current Standings: Olympic eventing cross-country produced spectacular sport in Greenwich Park yesterday with thrills, spills, dramas and excitement. At the end of the day, team Germany maintained a slight lead over the British host team with Sweden ia close third. Team USA is in fifth position going into the final day of show jumping.
