Due to the epidemic of the loss of bees, there are less plants being able to be pollinated. Without the bees knowing where to go to to start pollinating, there are just bees everywhere mindless of which flowers to be pollinating.

Belgium has a company that is taking care of critical metals that are rare and needed for phones. The metals in smart phones nowadays are about as many as 60 all in one small technology piece. 

I recommend people to read the article because then there are more people who are to be more aware of the situation at hand. Some thoughts I have on this is I just realized how important it is not to waste etechnology. Just like paper, some metals. etc. are terrible to waste for the environment.

In Vancouver, Canada, there are issues with the water pollution due to oil spills, etc. A lot of it is being distributed through America. Oil sands are particularly a huge problem. All of the toxic waste mixes in.
