What Makes Startups Creativity Tanks?

What Makes Startups Creativity Tanks? | Entrepreneurship, Innovation | Scoop.it
By Guest Author Marylene Delbourg-Delphis Peter Cappelli, Professor of Management at Wharton School and Director of the Wharton's Center for Human Resources endorsed Marylene Delbourg-Delphis' book Everybody Wants to Love Their Job: Rebuilding Trust and Culture, saying "The energizing culture of the start-up world can be imported to even the biggest organizations. A powerful case for bringing the human element back into management." Startups are inspirational for many reasons. The "human element" is definitely one of them. The human magic in startups is due to the cohesiveness that organizational literature sees as the secret of great teams — a smaller number of people federated around a project whose effectiveness is defined by five ingredients, well summarized by Julia Rozovsky at Google: Psychological safety: Can we take risks on this team without feeling insecure or embarrassed? Bryan Steven Watterson's curator insight, December 10, 2018 11:48 AM
Everybody really does want to go to work everyday and be able to say to their self with out zero doubt, that they really do love their job. This book title is very catchy and aluring to me because i have sought after a career that i wake up every single day and i want to love my job so bad i can wait for the moment that i graduate college and start creating and recording music with people who are working hard on the startup businesses that inspires creativity and a think tank of great ideas that we all share and are trying to bring it to life and constantly inspiring the human element that great team work is a breading ground for structure and clarity of understanding each teamates ideas so we can rely on every single person in the think tanks of pure creativity and we can produce high quailty work. The reliability of the source seems to be some what creditable and has the right ideas when it comes to using all of your ideas colectively as a team.I dont think the source works hands on every single day with the Media and Audio Industry like i plan to do after college but the role of new ideas in startup businessess is very important in my eyes to all types of startup businessess all around the world.
