Energy drinks have a high level of caffiene. When high amounts of energy drinks have been consumed by a young person, it can lead to Cardiac rhythm disturbances & cardiac arrest.

This article was interesting to me because it has shown me that energy are very high in caffeine & very dangerous when consumed in high amounts. It has also shocked me that the consumption of energy drinks by young people have increased by double over the past 5-10 years.
