In this brief article, found in the Washington Times, the concept of cannibalism is touched on.  It says that though there is slight proof of sacrifice there is still no definitive evidence.  Also, an Egyptian God, Osiris, forbid cannibalism. Yet there have been leg bones found with teeth marks, human or animal.

This article was written but Sandra Alvarez for "History of the Ancient World."  Here we are not only told about the evidence of sacrifice in many more tombs the King Aha, but also different evidence outside of the tomb.  The article brings to light about sacrifice depicted in art as well. Also, explanations for who was "sacrificed" with the kings and pharos.

This National Geographic article is about excavation at a site in Abydos, Egypt. At this site was the burial encloser of King Aha, the firt rulers of united Egypt.  It was found that he was buried alongside 40+ other individuals and under a seamless layer of plaster, signifying that they were all buried at the same time dead or alive.
