Skype is a fantastic, easy-to-use tool that you can use within the classroom, what's great about is that it's also FREE! Here is an article that discusses 10 ways that you can use Skype in the the classroom! I thoroughly enjoy the idea of having guest speakers or mystery calls and implementing parent-teacher interviews!

If you love Bloom's Taxonomy and you love using iPads in the classroom you need to check out The Padagogly Wheel. It was developed by Allan Carrington to help teachers easily use apps (on the iPad) to help teachers follow Bloom's Taxonomy Higher Order Thinking Skills.
