This actually means that pharma reps need to have extremely detailed data available for whatever their present. But most of these data cannot be pushed onto the clinician, just need to be available for them. Ideally, in the form and at the time the clinicians want to consume it. Maybe on their ipad on their way home, or on their computer at home. At the same time, they don't want to search for it. They just want the content to be ready instantly when they have time. Just two clicks away.
