My thoughts:

I have learned somethings after reading this article. One way to eating healthy is to buy whole foods. Like whole bread and whole grains. The closer it is to how it was when it was pulled from the ground, the healthier. Also drinking lots of water is a great way to being healthy. Your body needs water constantly to stay hydrated. Buying organic foods might be a little more expensive however it pays off in the long run for your health.

Going organic has never really crossed my mind. I always just pick out the food that looks the most appealing and not worry if its organic or not. Plus ive always heard that organic food cost much more than regular processed food. After reading the article ive realized what processed foods really are. They spray a bunch of chemicals that can me harmful to the human body just to make the food pruduct a little brighter or a little bigger. They also use pesticides to kill off any bugs. Organic foods are completely natural and have no nonsense chemicals on them. To me organic food is much worth buying over processed.

After reading this article i realised that a lot of food us Americans eat arent very healthy for us.Even though we think we are eating the right foods, they are packed with unheathly chemicals. Lately people are becoming ill from the store products we have been buying. We need to start eating more alkaline foods.
