Prezi isn't new but it is still pretty innovative. I recommend using just to stick out from the PowerPoint crowd. You will really stick out if you use it as creatively as they did in this video.

While there are many qualities that distinguish millennials from other generations, "One of the key things to remember, he [the author] said, is that millennials are highly collaborative."  However, collaborative doesn't mean they are skilled at communicating, at least outside of today's common social media forums.  Generation Y also appreciates transparency.  Good points to consider in today's blended workforce.

What the world needs is ideas in action. What are the qualities, traits, behaviours of visionary leaders? How do we cultivate these much needed leaders who are able to take these ideas generated in the divergent thinking stage and converge them into a vision and that can inspire their people to move forward and take action. Then only can we see the full spectrum of creativity working. Do you know someone who is a visionary leader? What makes them so?

I dont think its dead, I believe its going mainstream and that means away from the hype and away from marketing people and into the hands of people who finally knows how to use it, educators, government service and students. The biggest thing about it is that its free and its is starting to be clear that nobody is going to make a bundle of money in it.  Is that a reason for it to die? Actually No, its a reason for ordinary people like us to start using them!
