In this article published on January 9, 2014 written by Matt Bewig is also trying to give the facts of drug testing welfare receipents is a waste of money. With Missouri, Oklahoma, Arizona, Utah and Florida trail finding that the percentage wasn't as great as they thought and they felt they spent more money and humiliated citizens.

This article The Myth of Welfare and Drug use, written by Jamelle Bouie published in The daily beast on August 30, 2013. Bouie states the Myth is true, giving the percentages of some States that has had manditory drug tested also found it to be a waste. The myth that everyone on government assistance are drug addicts is not true base off the trial test.
