Alternating Supine Leg Walks: Start by putting on your back with your hands under your buttocks. Lift your legs so they are vertical. Contract your abs so your midsection is tense. Then, down 1 foot so your feet a few inches off the ground, Hold it there for about 1 second, then return that leg to the starting position. Alternate which leg you down. Try a cloth and really try to feel the lower abs working.
