Domino theory

Domino theory speculated that if one land in a region came under the influence of communism, then the surrounding countries would follow in a domino effect.

This interesting source explains the propaganda during the Vietnam War from the point of view of Vietnam. Although it was long I found it very interesting to see the propaganda from Vietnam as well as how the Vietnamese pasted on their views and hope of peace to their younger generation.

This video explains the time period and the persona of the 1950's. It briefly points out the politics of the time and how it affected americans. Mostly i enjoyed this quirky video because it gave me a feel of how americans lived in the 1950's. It helped me understand how americans could so easily succumb to the idea of Domino Theory.
