Here's 4 great advantages for using the new Linkedin Publisher.


  1. What should I publish?  What do you know? What skill or knowledge do you have that you would like to promote?
  2. How often should I publish?  Be consistent! Pick a frequency that you can maintain.
  3. When should I publish?  In my opinion, early in the week and early in the day works best.
  4. How will readers find my posts?  If you subscribe to LinkedIn pulse, you get an e-mail every morning with articles that might interest you. LinkedIn will send to everyone who is subscribed to LinkedIn pulse and is a first degree connection a link to your article.


Please, Linkedin is not a platform for selling and sponsoring into network marketing companies.  It is a venue for providing valuable and interesting content readers will enjoy, find useful, and perhaps share with their friends and colleagues.

The Executive Summary of a great /must read article:

The entire organization has to change as a system and not only adopt social technologies. Some businesses are trying to embrace the matter globally while a lot are still in denial and add social technologies in a context (culture, management, HR, processes) that is social-adverse, hostile, thinking that tool adoption will transform the context without having  tu put their hands in the dirt. Failure guaranteed.

#cyberassurance Vous avez dit dans votre exposé que la seule chose qui vous empêche de dormir, c’est le cyberrisk. Est-ce un combat perdu d’avance, sachant que c’est un marché encore très modeste?

C’est un petit marché parce que les gens ne sont pas assez couverts, mais il va se développer. Comme pour le vaccin, jusqu’à Pasteur le marché du vaccin n’était pas très développé. Les gens ont pris conscience du risque et le marché s’est développé. Aujourd’hui, le risque de cyber-attaque devrait être un sujet de conseil d’administration. Quand il le sera, on passera à la question de la manière de se couvrir.

#cyberassurance La véritable difficulté de ce marché de niche, c'est le nombre extrêmement faible d'intermédiaires d'assurance capable de maîtriser les problématiques d'exposition des assurés potentiels et de leur proposer des solutions en adéquation avec leur réel besoin au regard des offres prudentes proposées par quelques assureurs. Comme tout marché de niche à fort contenu technique (aviation espace, environnement, médical, ...) il faudra du temps pour acquérir de la maturité alors que dans ce domaine le risque se développe plus rapidement que la solution.
