Exercise requires the right fuel. If you eat poorly, no amount of exercise (which doesn't include going to gym and playing with your phone!) will help. We are what we eat.

Great article stating the obvious but most abused fact about weight loss, its 70% diet and 30% exercise. No matter how hard you work out, you can't go freaky on those fries (or whatever food you tend to overeat.)

Is it any wonder why many people continue to eat foods that are known to harm their health. This industry uses the same tactics that Big Tobacco used years ago by downplaying the adverse effects of smoking. Today the Sugar Association and Corn Refiners Association two of the biggest players in the sweetener industry are  using dirty tactics to downplay the adverse health effects of sugar.

Refined sugar, high fructose corn syrup and artificial sugars are known toxins which cause major harm to your body. Sugar is referred as the "sweet Poison" For your health it's best to not eat in moderation. It's best to avoid completely. There are many other more healthy sweeteners such as organic dates and other fruits,  liquid Stevia, blackstrap molasses, Grade B maple sugar, coconut sugar, and raw honey.
