Today we meet James Smith, he owns his own company. We asked him questions about how he got to where he is now.

Answers

What to eat

Try and eat allot of meat and fish but stay away from packaged food. Also eat as little bread, pasta ect.

Has much he works

He has a 46 week, next week, with one on ones. When he 1st started he would have only had 15 odd hours a week.

How much people work

Every client has to train a two times a week at least.

When he made his choice

Hasn’t always wanted to work in a gym. Only decided when in his 2nd year of college

Fav thing about his job

He used to like his hours, before the company got big. He like meeting new people and always he enjoys the Monday feeling.

How did he get money?

He started working for the college and the college helped out. He borrowed money off family, what he later paid back. He doesn’t just take income, he is always improving.

What stuff in education did he do?

He went all around Europe to get the best education possible

How do you feel after you change some one’s life?

Makes he feel like he is making a difference

How long does it take for someone to change?

12 weeks is the shortest amount of time. The older the person the longer it will take. Woman takes longer than men.

Cost?

When he 1st started it was a £10. Now it has gone up to £40 an hour. If you couldn’t afford it he has a group work out what would be cheaper.

On Wednesday we done a 'Mini death circuit'

Bicep hammer curls

Dumbbell shoulder press

Dumbbell squats

Dumbbell Lat raise

Dumbbell deadlift

Press ups

Sit ups

We did 7 sets of ten reps with 10KG weight

This was my 1st circuit as I have only come back from being out with ankle problems. For this reasson I didnt give 100% to avoid hurting my self and causing more damage

I enjoyed the work out but I feel that it didnt benafit what I am working on, lower body.

We are doing a six week traning programme.

In the 1st week we done some fitness testing to find out what level we are working out.

These are my results

1 minute press up test:16

Stnding broad jump:2,2 meter

Back dynamometer:110

Grip dynamometer:32

Sit and reach test:2.5cm

12 minute Cooper run

Last week I didnt do any training as I wasnt in the leasons as I felt ill and didnt feel able to complete. I feel that my work is now going back on me. I need to do every bit of training to keep my progress moving forward.

I have had to change the whole of my training programme as I have damaged the ligaments in my left ankle.

Before my hand I was going to focus on my lower body power but now I will have to work on just my upper body

Im 17. Im six foot. I am ten stone eight pounds.

I usedto play football at for Winklebury Wizards, Berg FC and CSA 07. I havent played football now for two years. When I did play I was top goal scorer three years in a row. Player of the year two different years, for two different clubs. I am a league winner with Winklebury Wizards and won the school cup with Fort Hill twice.

I have run 100 meters for Basingstoke but at the moment I dont run as I have a knee problem
