Comment: how true! But how do we do that? Jane's chart gives some indications about roles to be fulfilled. The hard work is of course fleshing this out. (peter sloep, @pbsloep)

Can 3-year-olds learn online?... These are formative years. I think they can learn in any medium provided the design is appropriate and there is parental guidance and supervision. Also, what sort of interactions are they having and with whom? I'm concerned about  issues of security.
