This article is basically about how the NSA reacted to what they have dubbed "The Snowden Compromise" . When it fist happened the NSA was in a state of shock and nothing was done for quite a while actually. The United States Government denied it happened at all at first and was very reluctant to acknowledge it when it did. 

 

I feel like this article doesn't really have any bias since there aren't really two sides.
