India marks three years without polio | India's Current Political View | Scoop.it
India gets closer to be declared polio free with no new cases of the disease reported in past three years.
eChunav's insight:

Years of hard work and effort in reaching to the common mass to fight POLIO.

The indian government took effective steps to form a Polio free nation. With the medical team & various volunteers creating awareness amongst the public, has finaly made the change.

Its been three  successive years since the last case on Polio was registered in India.WHO (World Health Organization) finaly declaring India as a polio free nation.

This does influence the public and people opinion in India, and also we become an example of progress for others countries who are still fighting this cause.

We are proud to have finaly counted India amongst the Polio eradicated countries. We wish the others programs / campaigns to work effectively in other parts of the world.

AAP to rekindle politics of hope | The Freepress Journal

AAP to rekindle politics of hope | The Freepress Journal | India's Current Political View | Scoop.it
After a stunning electoral debut in the Delhi state assembly elections, where it rode to power on the strength of a minority government, the Aam Aadmi Party is now preparing to go national and is beginning a nationwide membership drive on January 10.
eChunav's insight:

AAP the way to go!!!

Well is it too early for the AAP to contest for the higher positions in the political framework of India.  Last year Online voting platforms suggested the inclination of the public and people opinion in India toward the famous social icon Narendra Modi (NaMo).

Does the novice Arvind Kejriwal even have the ability to stand up against Narendra Modi?

As the Lok Sabha poll is on its way, it seems only Narendra Modi has become a super celebrity amongst the people of India. Will he be able to make ut country grow or take us backwards with his Hindutva priniciples.

The future of Indian politics

The future of Indian politics | India's Current Political View | Scoop.it
The anti-corruption movement and the AAP are ushering in the next regime in Indian politics
eChunav's insight:

A good article on the comparison of AAP with the earlier parties such as  Swatantra Party which was initiated by Rajaji in Bihar.  Amongst us, the citizen of India has the power to rise to bring about change. Therefore figures like Anna Hazare, Arvind Kejriwal , Rajaji and others whose persistent activities  has  brought about a change. The current political view in India is a mix of two big idealogical parties Congress & BJP which have been running with the old methodologies & goals.  With the changing environment in every sector, the public and people opinion in India is moulding.  Therefore the cause supported by the AAP is appreciated by everyone.   Corruption the act which is like a disease which trapped the whole of India into a black hole. In this midst AAP has become the ray of hope for the people of India.

Elections that decides fate of the Prime candidate

Elections that decides fate of the Prime candidate | India's Current Political View | Scoop.it
Elections in five states of Delhi, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Rajasthan and Mizoram are considered as semifinals ahead of 2014 general elections.

Via Madulika Shetty
eChunav's insight:

After the  8th December the result  announced for the Delhi Government,  with BJP - 31 seats, Congress -8 seats , AAP -28 seats & Others - 3 seats. There being no majority of seats led to an hung assembly. The rampant change  in the public and people opinion in India in the last few years reflects their conviction for the congress party.

Delhi state currently is looking forward to the Re-polls. This gives a good time frame for the Congress party to put forward a well deserved prime minister candidate to combat the already famous Narendra Modi from BJP.  Online Survey India has shown a rise in favour of Narendra Modi. Therefore a buzz about Mr. Nilekani, CEO of the well known IT industry as a prime minister candidate from the congress could a well thought next move.

eChunav's insight:

An interesting sight of the decisions made by the Chief minister of India. Is the AAP party focussing too much on the  State Delhi than the National level?

Rahul Gandhi... its Too Late Now! - India Opines | India's Current Political View | Scoop.it
Does Rahul Gandhi's new found resolution of changing the face of India's politics in ways we can't imagine hold any potential?
eChunav's insight:

A perfect dialogue on how obliviuos a person can be who is running for elections for a responsible position has no clue about its family history. We agree that Rahul Gandhi is an youth icon who could  bring about a change but he is a perfect example of a political misfit.

Lets see what comes out from the elections in 2014.

AAP to Form Delhi Government◄ BackNext ►Picture 1 of 7After the two-hour-long meeting, Kejriwal said AAP has decided to give a letter to Lt Governor Najeeb Jung expressing its readiness to form the government.
eChunav's insight:

The Delhi election was a spectacular event in Delhi politcal scenario. The public and people opinion in India showed the inclination  of a new party taking over the government. The popularity of Aam Aadmi Party sweeped the election stage like wildfire. A new party got high level of recognition due its ground work on the basic problem  of common man i.e corruption.

With BJP and AAP refusing to form the government and AAP balking from outside support, Jung has recommended keeping the newly elected Assembly in suspended animation.
eChunav's insight:

The hung assembly in Delh is a concern, as no party is coming forward to form the Delhi government. Most Likely we might look forward to state assembly again during the elections 2014. All the parties are in fast pace campaigning in various ways which maximizes their reach ti be visible and in turn be included in the poeple opinion in India.

lets see what the new year brings for the political part of india!

eChunav's insight:
