Obamacare Websites Failing Amid Government Shutdown

Obamacare Websites Failing Amid Government Shutdown | Current event #1 | Scoop.it
The U.S. government is a complete mess. Congress could not even perform its basic constitutional duty to fund the government and had to shut down most of the..
Kayla Clement's insight:

This paragraph is about how all the new government health care websites have been failing and that is making the government shut down even worse. The insurance calculator on many websites has crashed and for at least part of the morning, the main site, healthcare.gov, was down. Florida residents couldn't finish the log in process, Nevada’s Spanish-language site isn’t ready,  many websites including Healthcare.gov dont have a working chat systems and Maryland residence aren't able to sign up and Colorado’s website can’t properly calculate subsidies.

My opinion about this article is that the government didn't give people enough time to get ready for the new health care system. Obama didn't think it through enough adisgrace health care companies no time to prepare for this big change. The websites aren't ready and obama is expecting months of glitches from the websites. The website techs will take a very long time to be able to make the websitesmfully useable. the websites are a mess and pricing information is misserable. That is my opinion on this article and the stressful situation Obama has put us all in.
