Wow, what a cool new visual marketing aid. Google's new STORY grabs pictures from your iPhone and makes an editable visual "book" out of them.

Too good. Great visual marketing aid.

Need To Make MILLIONS Online? Don't Duel In The Sun, Us G+

Need To Make MILLIONS Online? Don't Duel In The Sun, Us G+ | Curation Revolution | Scoop.it

This GPlus Post discusses how to avoid the lemmings traps so many Internet marketers follow the leader into. The post also shares @MarkTraphagen's brilliant idea - use the not yet competitively frenzied G+ environment as the HUB of all your Internet Marketing.

Sure I know we've been preaching TAPESTRY and I've been preaching that too. We are somewhere NEW and DIFFERENT now. The TIME it takes you to catch your competitors on Facebook and Twitter CAN'T GENERATE ROI.

You may win the battle, catch up on Facebook and lose the war. Don't do that. Look for BLUE OCEANS, places like G+ and video marketing (and those two ideas are related thanks to hangouts) where setting up a "virtual positive cycle" means in a short amount of time you will get MORE with LESS.

Don't duel in the sun just because everyone is doing it.

How I Became The Most Followed Nobody In Finland via @JaanaNystrom

How I Became The Most Followed Nobody In Finland via @JaanaNystrom | Curation Revolution | Scoop.it

@Jaana Nyström is a great curator and she just beat me to the punch :). When she shared her EPIC journey of using G+ to move from "nobody" to "somebody" I planned to blog about her amazing journey. The content and message was too good to be trapped in comments.

Read this post CAREFULLY as you may recognize where you are on Jaana's timeline of personal brand development. There are several "inside baseball" tips to pay particular attention to including:

* Don't worry about perfection, start publishing.
* G+ is an AMAZING and vastly under used tool (start there add more social nets later).
* No matter what, keep turning the crank (keep going) since the only sin you and your personal band can't recover from is NOT PLAYING.

Great stuff from an amazing curator. What lessons did you learn from Jaana Nystrom? What similar lessons have you learned as you create a meaningful personal brand?

I usually don't envy people, but I do envy @Jaana Nyström a bit for her energy & passion.

50 Great Curators - Mark Traphagen via @CrowdFunde | Curation Revolution | Scoop.it

GPlus Guru Mark Traphagen
If you don't know Mark you should and if you don't use GPlus and your an Internet marketer you should be shot. Mark is more than just one of the top GPlus experts in the world, he is also a friend and fellow cancer survivor.

Something about surviving a bout with the Big C that makes you want to give back and Mark does. He speak all over the country (and soon the world I predict) about the power of concepts like the new SEO, GPlus, Google authorship and semantic web.

If you aren't part of the more than 80,000 followers Mark already has on Gplus we suggest you hop on board this train since your Internet and content marketing will be better because of it.

G+ Most Disruptive & Great Resource List fromDustin Stout
Wow this list is AMAZING (and growing by the minute). Dustin Stout asked a great and simple question, "Who is your favorite GPlus Follow" and there were 83 comments with at least 200 recommendations.

I know it may take several days to follow everyone on this list (want to follow people who shared also since anyone willing to share such gold deserves a follow). I embedded the post in ScentTrail Marketing just so I didn't have to chase it as I working on following some great G+ resources.

Dramatic demonstration of why G+ is a TOOL and not a mere social net as one of my recommentaions B. L. Ochman said yesterday.

Ultimate Guide To Measuring The Best Social Network For Internet Marketers - Google Plus [via @jeffsauer ]

Ultimate Guide To Measuring The Best Social Network For Internet Marketers - Google Plus [via @jeffsauer ] | Curation Revolution | Scoop.it

Ultimate Guide To Measuring Most Disruptive Social Net
I'm a big fan of +Jeff Sauer's work. Jeff's work is creative, intelligent and comprehensive. I…

Great @FerreeMoney question on this G+ vs. Scoopit on this post.

Martin (Marty) Smith's insight:

GooglePlus Rocks

The linked post explains why Google plus is the most valuable "social network" on the planet and recommends Jeff Sauer's Ultimate Guide To Measuring Google+.

If you don't know Jeff's work get to know it. Jeff’s work is great and this guide is amazing. If you remain a #GooglePlus hater good and please come compete with me (lol).

As I explained in the linked post I LOOK FOR the kind of loud, ignorant and way too over confident BS that was circulating about G+. Those naysayers mean there is a tool I must investigate and master.

We lucky few Internet marketers must be empathic rebels, a difficult combination to master. We must understand trends others miss and buy cheap and sell rich. When I hear a loud Greek chorus my ears always perk up.

My use of Google+ over the last two years says that contrarian streak has paid off again. ROI assured it is time to master the most disruptive social network on the planet and that is where Jeff's amazingly detailed understanding of this tool comes in.

Jeff provides his "Ultimate Guide" (and for once that term is accurate) in multiple formats. I'm working my way through the PDF (and yes that means I am old school). Learn anyway that works for you, but LEARN.

There are only a handful of people on EARH who can make millions online. Making money online requires putting someone else first, something most aren't willing to do. Every great Internet marketer I know signed on to G+ years ago, but even they could learn a thing or too from @JeffSauer's amazing guide.

Using Google+ Ripples to Connect with Influencers

Using Google+ Ripples to Connect with Influencers | Curation Revolution | Scoop.it

This is massivley COOL and TY again to Shirley Williams!!

Two weeks ago today, Google released “Ripples” for Google+ and most of the world went on with their daily activities. Personally I thought it was just another one of those features that was interesting but nothing I could really use. That was until this Whiteboard+ video which I filmed with Rand. Both Rand and I were blown away at the amount of data a Ripple gives you and what you can do with it.

What is a Ripple

The definition of a “ripple effect” is: a spreading effect or series of consequences caused by a single action or event. When it comes to Google+ a Ripple is an interactive diagram that shows how a Google+ post spreads as it’s shared by users. You can find the Ripple of any public post using the dropdown to the right of the post...
