McDonald’s Australia and McDonald’s New Zealand have introduced lamb in their restaurant menus, launching the Serious Lamb Burger and Serious Lamb with an integrated advertising campaign. The product, developed over two years, is centered on a lamb patty made of s egg, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, rosemary, oregano and garlic. The Lamb Burger includes the Australasian combo of beetroot and egg. McDonald’s Australia has partnered with Meat & Livestock Australia to get the blessing of Lambassador Sam Kekovich, while McDonald’s New Zealand has gained the endorsement of Beef and Lamb New Zealand.

Serious lamb burger is definitely 100% kiwi burger. It adopts New Zealanders' taste as lamb is traditional kiwi favorite. Research shows that 82% of respondents in New Zealand like lamb while 65% said that cost was the main reason why they don’t eat it often. McDonald's this new invention offers New Zealanders serious lamb taste at offordable price.

Great article. It introduced the most touced and unforgettable compaigns in 2012. Not surprised, those ads all have big ideas with very good creativity and very much related to their brand personalities. They are authentic in story-telling way to draw people's attentions, those great ideas and stories impressed people and created high level of emotional connections with consumers.

This is an awesome article I thought the Microsoft surface was amazing, I kept watching it again and again. These ads didn't really sell the product but made an emotional connection with the consumers. This type of creative emotional advertising is very powerful and I believe this integrated marketing communication strategy could benefit many companies.

this was a good article it realy true the attention of the consumers. it was realy planned out well and very creative. not only did it draw consumers attention it it also made a personal to the consumers.
