Foter.com allows you to search, manage and add free stock photos to blogs, forums, websites and other online media.

While you have to register for an account, Foter is a terrific resource for Creative Commons licensed photos that makes it easy to properly attribute them.  When you select an image, you may add an attribution with html code or copy and paste a ready-made attribtion.
