"Usher sued for copyright infringement over  his 2002 hit track "Caught Up"  Allegedly a group of three men confronted usher in the earlier part of his career and had given usher a demo and one of the song on their demo was called " Caught up"

According to TMZ three men have filed a lawsuit against Usher and his record label. He allegedly played songs that did not belong to him, and is accused of stealing songs from other artists, one notable case is Justin Bieber.

My topic is Sampling and Copright Infringement. Bascially in this article Jay-Z is being sued by a company TufAmerica.Inc becuase he smapled a song that they own the rights to without permission. He sampled a song called “Hook & Sling”, by Eddie Bo. TufAmerica has owned the rights to this song since 1996
