Eve's insight:

Are the police doing enough to protect the people, can they do better?

what the article says its true that " No one comes out unscathed.". Everyone gets hurt in the conflict, the innocent children especially. Why people just can't see that the conflict they are causing are affecting themselves too. Their people get hurt too. Will they ever stop?

Eve's insight:

Sue Wilkins is just one of many people around the world who showed rascism still exist in this world. Just because she feel that others are different from her and that she can't accept them, she feels the need to discriminate them in public. However, I feel that there is still hope. Just like in the video, people were defending the two Asians. If just there were less of people like Sue Wilkins and more of people that can accept one another, this world would be more in peace.

Everlyn Chia Yee Hui's curator insight, July 14, 2014 8:37 AM

This woman's behaviour is impossibly horrendous. I could not believe she just hurled words of Racism onto people like that. Her words not only involved hurting the other party but also insulting the party's country. I feel that such behaviour should not be tolerated in any country and I think that it is upright justice that she is paying for it.

Tse Min's curator insight, July 14, 2014 11:03 AM

Honestly, I was shocked when I saw this video. No one deserves to be told off like that!! If I was there, I could not care less and stood up for my morals; for what I think is right. What she said was simply awful. I am grateful to the person who took this video, because I am pretty sure that without this video, no action would be taken, and this act of racism would not have been known to the world. I think that this lady should pay others more respect and have more patience and try not to disgrace herself next time in public.

Ying Ting's curator insight, July 15, 2014 8:25 AM

I am really disgusted at this lady's behavior, who gave her the right to insult chinese people like that. She even quarreled and mock her boyfriend saying that he can't even have a regular girlfriend.

Eve's insight:

What led this man to hate the Arabs so badly till he wanted them to be his slave in their next lives? what he said even a sparked a conflict between another man. I feel that what the man said was quite true, that everyone are human beings, and that we shouldn't think of killing our own kind.
