This is another remarkable breakthrough in the computing world. As shown and said in the document this transistor is said to be faster then ever and to be allot smaller in size then others of its kind. 

 

This invention is not as "world changing" as some, but is a step forward in the process that is needed to be taken in order to keep the information up to date. This piece of equipment could be known as a stepping-stone. Throughout the history of computers many upgrades have been made to improve the efficiency and usability of computers in the home. This is one of those pieces that are needed in order to keep the progress moving forward. 

Lots of time and resources go into research on smaller components in the computer industry that are just important as the more promoted products. Without this invention a bridge may have never been made to a faster computer and may have ceased development in the IT world. Thanks to this transistor, the world of technology is able to continue moving forward and improve for the better.

This article explains how a break through from Quantum computing researchers could lead to a 'nuclear' powered quantum computer. This has all been discovered through a way of modulating waveforms. 

 

This means many things for tomorrow’s world in information technology. It means that many different methods would be able to be developed in order to increase the speed and efficiency of all research over the world. This would give us the power to increase the speed in which research is done. This showing us another reason that in 5-10 years information technology can and will be one of the most advanced researched topics in the world due to the speed it is able to perform at.

 

The document also goes over the history of the research and explains how they aim to complete this study. Research is proven to be the most important part of improving a field. The Computing world is one of those fields that use research more then any other.

Many people are worried that in tomorrow's economy, a machine might take their job.
Joseph Mansell's insight:

In this article, the CNN's Jason Miks and the Global Public explain how the rise of computer intelligence is starting to become a threat to people in certain jobs. He explains how in the past computers have been able to handle complex activities such as playing trivia games. 

Research has shown that computers are indeed getting smarter by the minute. Computers are machines that improve largely over small amounts of time. All of these reasons show how computers will within the future be able to complete jobs that are today being completed by humans.

 

In this document they include, "Moores law states that computer processing power doubles every two years or so." This document is well written and has many true facts included in order to prove their statements. 

In conclusion the believe humans need to become more creative in order to succeed in the future world. And to conclude the document in my own words, I believe computers will be the future workers of tomorrow's world.

The university of Ohio have invested time for research into "Data Transfer". One finding in particular states, "Diamond wires are better electrical conductors than most metallic cables (but not in the traditional way)." 

 

These findings are a example of how technology is improving in not only todays world but the future of tomorrows world. The speed of these cables would be able to enhance all data transfers within the information technology world. 

How ever with in the research there are some downfalls as said in the document. Providing enough diamond in order to complete this process would be very expensive. Then there is also the problem that the wire, once created has to be cooled to -269 degrees Celsius.

 

They believe this process will take allot of work therefore giving me a belief that this type of data transfer technology will be with in the information world in 5-10 years.

"One of the most famous ideas in the history of artificial intelligence is "pandemonium." ", Inglis-Arkell. E, 2014. 

 

This quote here is the base research of both the history and future of artificial intelligence research and development. Within this document they explain the history of how powerful computers were once a dream and are today a reality. Pandemonium is one reason why this has happened. 

Throughout the document there aim is to explain how this process works and how it is relative to the final product. It is explained how Artificial Intelligence would be able to develop and proceed in activities on there own with out the input of humans. They would be running on there own biases. This would all become reality in the future just based on a theory that was discovered and implemented in 1958 for a research in making intelligent machines.
