HOW TO MAKE A GOOD FIRST IMPRESSION

BY: Addison Smythe

If you ever wanted to make a good first impression at a job interview here are some things you should know. Your body language is a key thing in a job interview, the way you speak-how you responded-what you say, how you look, if you look happy the interviewer sees a cluster of other good and positive emotions and immediately likes you. How you make others feel is important because if you make them feel good they will continue to feel that way as long as they know you. A few things you can do during the interview is appreciate the interviewer because if you say that the interviewer is smart or good looking they will project that feeling on you and find a connection or a common interest between you two something to say were the same. A good strategy to know when going for a job interview is “fake it till you make it” so when you assume the posture of a positive person and smile you will start to feel happy. You should also do some research on the company your applying for so you have some good interesting question at the end of the interview. I hope these methods help anyone that’s trying to get a job.
