Isaiah Patrick's insight:

I chose this because it was something that I heard about but didn’t know was absolutely true until after reading this. This is extremely valuable to me because in today’s day and age with social media everywhere you look, it is very important to monitor yourself. From this I learned that you can hurt your chances of getting a scholarship or even getting recruited in general just by one post that a coach or scout doesn’t like.

This video gave me great insight to what the real keys are to getting a college baseball scholarship. I selected it because it is most applicable to me considering I am going through this process myself. This source was valuable to me because some of my biggest questions about getting recruiting have been when to contact coaches and how to approach them; this gave me answers to both. I also have a better general understanding of what coaches are looking for respect to athletics and academics.

Isaiah Patrick's insight:

I selected this because I need all the help I can get when it comes to the recruiting process. This was valuable because it talks about the necessity of attending baseball camps, this let me know how important the camps were and how I should start going to them. I should especially attend the ones put on by the schools that I'm thinking about going to.
