Discusses the relationship between knowledge and skill, advocating that there is tremendous overlap between the two concepts, which closely aligns with ideals expressed in cogntive rigor (a superposition of Bloom's Taxonomy and Depth of Knowledge). Good quote: "Skills are knowledge in context."  Overall, a good read.
