Cognac, It’s All About the Barrels - PALATE PRESS

Cognac, It’s All About the Barrels - PALATE PRESS | The Cognac and its vineyards | Scoop.it
I returned with a newfound interest and a deep curiosity towards the very precise, and creative barrel regimen techniques used by cellar masters in Cognac.

Jean-Luc Montembault's insight:

Cognac can still be a family business even though the four larger cognac trading houses are all owned by conglomerates. Camus, as the largest independent trading house of cognac, is the perfect example.

Do you know any other ?
